Hello I just moved here from Vancouver BC . I Own a 1990 Jeep YJ . Unfortunately To insure it Here It must pass a safety inspection . My jeep has a 5 inch lift and 33 inch tires with the fenders cut out .It had a carburated engine which I upgraded to a 1999 Fuel injected and I never got the speedo to work . I don't have any sway bars , or track bars on it . My exhaust stops right after the muffler . I know this is a sticky subject if anybody could help me please e-mail me francrizzo@hotmail.com Thank you

Sorry know one has replied.. The place to go in my opinion is Shamrock auto in Gregoire. I have taken a couple vehicles there. One with about 8" lift on 39" tires, and a couple 'short falls' also. They are clear in indiacating that there job is not to pass or fail the vehicle but to do an inspection and report what they find. So long as they deem it road worthy in the comments area of the report. The insurance company is to determine what they will or won't insure.
Other places I've been have flatout refused to inspect the vehicle stating they would Fail It! Any how the owner is Sean Sr, and the shop foreman is Sean Jr.
