So, this engine is for sale as a complete assembly. It may be the most powerful "real world" turbocharged Jeep straight six ever built/engineered.
It was a true labour of love to reach this, the final version of this engine. I built two engines previous to this one - then this one once I got it all figured out.
This engine comes as a complete assembly - and it will BOLT into any "real" Jeep (YJ/CJ/TJ) that came with a 4.0L. By complete I mean turbo (perfectly sized for this engine), intercooler, intake and exhaust manifolds, oil lines, brackets, fuel computer, methanol injection, fuel pump, engine mounts, the works.
This engine dyno'ed at a true 440HP, and those that rode in the rig knew every pony to be there. In my opinion it was the best engine I ever built. It is currently sitting wrapped in plastic - totally rebuilt, down to frost plugs and cam bearings.

• 93 - 4.0L NVH Block 0.30” overbore
• 91 - Head c/w Hesco swirl polished, back-cut and tuliped stainless valves, oversized springs and keepers, 5-angle valve job, and the guides opened up to allow extreme RPMs.
• Brand new SCAT Stroker crank shaft, new from SCAT then balanced here.
• Forged, ceramic coated, dished 4032 Hesco Pistons 8.1:1 comp
• Total Seal "file to fit" true moly rings
• Harland Sharp roller rockers
• Comp anti-pump up Hyd lifters and new pushrods
• 32lb injectors
• Complete Snow performance water/meth inj system, nozzles properly sized
• Dual roller Comp timing chain
• Comp cam, custom grind, nitrided ($$$)
• ARP head studs, rod studs and hardware
• Aluminum radiator and flex-a-lite engine fan
• Custom ordered, specced for 440HP aluminum air/air intercooler
• Complete header, down-pipe and up-pipe, all ceramic coated
• Hi flow Hesco water pump, hi-flow thermostat
• Garret T04E 60 trim Turbo, 0.63 turbine
• 38 mm Tial external waste gate
• All misc parts for complete assembly.
